Tasting notes
Dense purple and crimson wine with classically generous blackberry, cedar and chocolate flavours that you’d expect from an immaculately handled Heathcote Shiraz.  There’s a hint of spice on the medium palate with fine tannins completing a great wine that can be enjoyed now or cellared to bring out more complexity. This wine can be drunk now, but it is recommended to cellar this wine for at least 5 years for best results.
