What to do if your purchased item from me2u is not received
Please always allow at least 10 days for the item to arrive after making payment.
    If you have made the payment by direct deposit it may take 3 working days to show. If you have paid by money order or cheque it will take longer to process. Cheques will need to clear, which can take up to 5 working days after being banked.

What to do next:-
    1. Contact the Seller and confirm payment has been received & that the item has been dispatched.
    • Go to View My Bids, find the item, then click the Contact Seller button.

    2. Check the item description for postage details of the item. There may be reasons why the postage is taking longer than you expected. If the item has been dispatched in a method that uses a Track & Trace option, check this as it may give you some additional information in regards to the item.
    • Go to View My Bids, find the item, click the item title, then read any postage details.

    3. Request the Contact Details (Name, Email, Phone, Fax & Address) of the seller and try contacting the seller by one of the given options.

    4. When communicating with the seller use as much information and detail as you can about the item and payment. For example: Payment Method, Date, Amount, Reference used. If you paid at a bank branch, the seller may not see the same reference.

    5. If the above steps have not been able to resolve this matter, report it to ALLBIDS for further investigation.
