    DOLA prefers SECURE ONLINE Credit Card Payment - Visa and Mastercard
    (These payments are secured by an INTERNET GATEWAY and are the safest way to transact online).

    Bank Deposit Notes:

    • If paying by bank deposit, please use either your buyer no. or username in your payment description:

    Credit Card Notes:

    • Credit Card purchases will incur a 1.9% Surcharge.
    • American Express and Diners Club cards are not accepted.

    Other Payment Notes:

    • Personal cheques are not accepted.
Collection and Delivery Options

    Depending where the item is located, there are a number of options provided for collecting your item yourself, or having it delivered by a courier.

    Items located in the DOLA showroom:

    • Collect the item in person (click here for a map),
    • Have DOLA package and courier your item directly to you,
    • Organise your own courier to collect the item on your behalf.

    Items located out of the DOLA showroom (offsite):

    • Collect the item in person,
    • Organise your own courier to collect the item on your behalf.

    Collection Notes:

    • If the item is not located in the DOLA showroom (offsite), special collection times and conditions may be subject. These will be provided within the auction details page and again when payment is made.
    • DOLA ACT is open during the below times for collection of items that are being held in our showroom:
      • Monday: 9am - 5pm
      • Tuesday: 9am - 5pm
      • Wednesday: 9am - 5pm
      • Thursday: 9am - 6.30pm
      • Friday: 9am - 5pm
      • Saturday: 9am - 11am
        • (Subject to change without notice).

    Courier Notes:

    • A P&H quote can be retrieved from each item description page by entering your postcode (This includes the cost of packaging),
    • If you would like to organise your own courier or delivery service, please notify Allbids staff of collection time and name of the company (If you require packaging of the item, charges may apply),
    • If the item is located offsite and you wish to organise your own courier or delivery service, please contact Allbids first to ensure all requirements are met (This will ensure a smooth collection).
