Australia’s Fastest Growing Information & Technology On-line Auction Company is seeking a highly competent Customer Service & Item Description Representative to join their young, passionate and dynamic team!
We currently provide asset management solutions to many of Australia’s leading IT & T and Consumer Electronics companies.
In this role you will be faced with numerous challenges that will require a rapid, level headed, confident and professional response with the minimum of fuss. You will not be fazed by stress, but rather relish the constant challenge of maintaining the highest level of Customer Service to our on-line audience.
The key duties of this role will entail but are not limited to;
- Creation and proof reading of product descriptions & promotions relative to assets to be scheduled for auction (HTML)
- Liaising with customers (via Phone & email) to resolve all queries or disputes on time & in full
- Liaising with Team leader whenever necessary in order to escalate and implement the required solution to any issues
- Taking action to report and resolve any issues that might prevent the delivery of a best in class customer service solution
- Meeting (and surpassing) pre-defined Service Level Agreements
You will posses the necessary experience and skill sets (as set out below) that will enable you to perform your required duties
Requirements to be considered for this highly important role include:
- Comfortable will all aspects of an on-line/ e-commerce working environment
- Confidence in being able to broadly explain and resolve issues relative to technology and associated products.
- Analytical, tenacious and have a high attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks
- A minimum of intermediate literacy with MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS Office and HTML coding such as MS Frontpage and Dreamweaver
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to persuade or influence individuals
- Excellent spoken & written English
- Speed / Touch Typing – Minimum 50 words per minute
- A strong ability to understand complex or difficult written communication from customers
- Very positive attitude, the ability to work well with others and overcome all challenges
- Willing to challenge the status quo and develop better organisational processes/ procedures in relation to our company continuing to deliver best in class Customer Service
- The ability to continually adapt within an extremely fast paced and ever changing working environment.
