General:

I try my best to describe each item as I know it to be, and to provide you with the best possible service

Problems may occur with service providers, such as bank websites, PayPal, internet failure or computer malfunction, which may affect the sale process. Sometimes these events are out of my control.

I will endeavor to answer emails and messages within 24 hours, and also process payments, and postage as quickly as possible, within the constraints of my personal life.

Gift boxes are not included in the packaging, but are available at a reasonable price for purchase. Please contact me for more information.

Payment: 

Payment is required within 3 business days following completion of the sale.

If the item remains unpaid for 14 days after the sale ends, I will open a dispute process with Allbids unless you contact me and we agree on an alternate course of action. You'd be surprised how many people bid for things and never get around to paying for them.

Unpaid items can result in the immediate de-registration of your account which will not be lifted until payment is confirmed by me and you have confirmed receipt of the goods.

If no references are left with the Bank deposit I will not accept responsibility for delays (it can be quite difficult to sort out who bought what without some sort of identification). Make sure you include your item number as the transaction identifier when making payment through your bank.

Refunds:

I don't offer refunds unless the item is not as described. Please choose carefully and if you have any questions, feel free to email me

Bidding:

Remember, when you submit your bid, it is a legally binding contract.

Postage:

I always endeavour to post your item on the day of payment being received or the next business day. No items will be posted until payment has been received. Certain types of payment (eg Paypal, Bank Deposit) may take a number of days to clear.

The postage option you have chosen is your full responsibility. My responsibility ends when the item is accepted by Australia Post, as I have no control over it from then on.

Items having a sale price of $20 or more must be posted by a track-able service such as Registered or Express Post. Lost items which do not use one of these track-able services will not be reposted or replaced at my expense and any compensation will be limited to the amount which I am able to recover from Australia Post.

I am only human and the odd mistake may happen. Please politely let me know if there seems to be an issue and I will resolve it to the best of my ability.

Negative or neutral feedback is not a good outcome for either of us. If you are unhappy with something, I urge you to please contact me. I will always endeavour to correct a problem.
