SMS Outbid Notices The item seller has the option to select if the bidders of this auction will receive SMS Outbid Notices when they are outbid each time. SMS notices are only sent if; The bidder has selected to receive SMS notices in their registration, and The seller enables this option while listing the item. Important; Once the seller enables SMS's, it can not be turned off - Each bidder can turn off SMS's by editing their registration details. The seller can view how many SMS's have been sent by going to My Auctions and looking at the following: Charges will apply to the sellers account for each SMS sent at the end of the auction. Bidders will not be charged and will not be sent anything else via SMS. An example SMS is show below:
